Overview: Sihaya is a 78.6-meter superyacht concept pairing an exterior by yacht designer Jay Aberdoni with interiors by Reddymade, the New York architecture and design studio founded by Suchi Reddy. Where yacht interiors are typically handed to marine interior specialists, Sihaya brought in an architecture practice, and Reddymade approached the vessel the way it approaches a building: through "form follows feeling," the studio's neuroaesthetics-informed method of designing for how a space registers in the body and mind. On a yacht, that means designing around constant movement, open water, and shifting light.

Reddymade began with the vocabulary of a traditional yacht, keeping nautical craftsmanship at the core, and worked forward from there, introducing contemporary materials to push familiar forms somewhere new. A resin bar island glows like a lightbox; a coffee table in rough-cut stone sits beside a soft, sunken lounge pit; the main lounge bar is faced in rock. The interiors hold opposites in tension—sleek and textural, historic and futuristic, solid and ethereal—to produce comfort and excitement in the same space. At the top of the vessel, a listening lounge carries New York's music culture out to sea.

About Reddymade

Reddymade is a New York–based M/WBE studio working across architecture, interior design, planning, and public art, with a portfolio spanning residential interiors, ground-up homes, commercial spaces, and installations. Founded by Suchi Reddy in 2002, the practice is guided by "form follows feeling," a design ethos informed by neuroaesthetics, the study of how the brain responds to our surroundings. Reddymade's work is recognized for formal experimentation and inventive use of materials, with honors including the NYCxDesign Award, AIA Brooklyn + Queens Award, AIA New York State Excelsior Award, and Interior Design's Best of Year Awards.

About Aberdoni

ABERDONI is an independent yacht design studio based in Valencia, focused on creating distinctive yachts defined by proportion, elegance and a strong architectural identity. The studio approaches each project with a balance of modernity and timelessness, combining clean, minimal lines with carefully considered exterior living spaces and a refined sense of detail. Rather than following trends, ABERDONI aims to give every yacht its own character—recognisable, sophisticated and designed to remain relevant long after its launch.

Founded by Jay Aberdoni in 2022, Aberdoni is a yacht design studio. Aberdoni's work includes Standby and Dojo for Oceanco's Simply Custom series and the 100-meter Ixian concept.
